Rod Hannah Design is a Mornington Peninsula based building design and drafting practice providing a complete design, drafting and documentation service.

Our folio of work extends through metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria and includes new homes, additions, renovations, dual occupancy residences, multi dwelling developments, subdivisions, garages, rural outbuildings, commercial and educational projects.

Our focus on excellence is through honesty, communication, versatility, design integrity and most importantly listening to our client’s individual requirements.

Rod Hannah

Growing up in the Mornington Peninsula rural environment, Rod was exposed to building from an early age. Rod developed a keen interest in design and as a young teenager, decided to pursue a career in the industry. After completing further education, he gained valuable experience during his time with an architectural firm and then with a well known residential design and construction company. With this solid base, Rod wanted to fulfill a greater potential, and established Rod Hannah and Associates in 2004. The practice has since grown to a team of 8 and has established strong working relationships with local builders and consultants.
